Análisis sobre la creación de recursos educativos innovadores en la familia profesional de administración, gestión y orientación laboral

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta este proverbio chico, la filosofía de “Aprender haciendo” y empezando del hecho de que, nosotros también tenemos la certeza que tiene la experiencia en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, se centrará este estudio a la aplicación práctica en el ámbito de la Formación Profesional y a la propuesta que se puede hacer en este sentido, desde nuestra especialidad de FOL, sus recursos y resumen de la evolución de FP a lo largo de los años en España. Dicho esto, la Formación Profesional (FP) en España, ha experimentado una creciente evolución desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad, ha sabido adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes del mercado laboral y las demandas educativas. Dicha evolución, ha estado marcada por la búsqueda de una mayor conexión con las necesidades del mercado laboral y la demanda de perfiles profesionales más cualificados. Se ha procedido a hacer un resumen del progreso de la FP hasta llegar a nuestros días. Aunque ahora, que está es su punto más álgido, se van a producir una serie de modificaciones, y en esas afectaran a los módulos de FOL e EIE, que pasan a ser IPE I y II. Por último, con esta revisión se ha visto la evolución de los recursos y metodologías en las aulas, como dichos recursos han ido evolucionando, si son innovadores en el aula, las mejoras que se pueden tratar, y para concluir se realizan varias propuestas innovadoras

Taking into account this small proverb, the philosophy of “Learning by doing” and starting from the fact that we also believe in the vital importance of experience in the teaching-learning process, this study will be dedicated to practice in the field of Vocational Training and the contribution that can be made in this regard, from our FOL specialty, its resources and summary of the evolution of FP over the years in Spain. That said, Vocational Training (VET) in Spain has experienced increasing evolution from its beginnings to the present, and has been able to adapt to the changing needs of the labor market and educational demands. This evolution has been marked by the search for a greater connection with the needs of the labor market and the demand for more qualified professional profiles. A summary of the progress of FP up to the present day has been made. Although now, which is its highest point, a series of modifications are going to occur, and these will affect the FOL and EIE modules, which become IPE I and II. Finally, with this review we have seen the evolution of resources and methodologies in the classrooms, how these resources have evolved, whether they are innovative in the classroom, the improvements that can be addressed, and to conclude, several innovative proposals are made
