Diseño huerto escolar ecológico

Abstract

Con la nueva legislación la adquisición de competencias de carácter práctico por parte de los estudiantes es cada vez más importante, por ello se pretende en el actual Trabajo Fin de Máster llevar a cabo el diseño de un huerto escolar ecológico en el CIPFP La Torreta (Elche, Alicante), contando con una propuesta económica, con el objetivo de que el estudiantado del Ciclo Formativo Técnico en Producción Agropecuaria realice un seguimiento y unos ejercicios prácticos siguiendo todo el ciclo del cultivo e inculcando la importancia por el respeto al medio ambiente y al consumidor final (evitando el uso de productos químicos). Para ello se llevará a cabo una revisión de los estudios previos para posteriormente llevar a cabo un diseño inicial del huerto a partir del cual los docentes de los módulos podrán incluir sus actividades prácticas. A modo de pequeña guía inicial se dispondrán las diferentes competencias y contenidos del Ciclo relacionándose con las diferentes tareas que pueden desarrollar los estudiantes en el huerto. Trabajando así gran parte de los Módulos impartidos en el Ciclo Formativo de manera transversal, por lo que podrán hacer uso del huerto los diferentes docentes del Ciclo. El presupuesto necesario para llevar el proyecto a cabo asciende a la cantidad 2.159,64 € teniendo en cuenta que algunos materiales (indicados en el apartado de presupuesto) se deben renovar cada cierto tiempo. Al realizar esta inversión el centro permitirá a su estudiantado afrontar situaciones del mundo laboral de manera realista ayudándoles a ser mejores profesionales.

With the new legislation, the acquisition of practical skills by students is increasingly important, which is why the current Master's Thesis aims to carry out the design of an ecological school garden at the CIPFP La Torreta (Elche , Alicante), with an economic proposal, with the objective that the students of the Technical Training Cycle in Agricultural Production carry out monitoring and practical exercises following the entire crop cycle and instilling the importance of respect for the environment and the consumer final (avoiding the use of chemicals). To do this, a review of the previous studies will be carried out to later carry out an initial design of the garden from which the teachers of the modules will be able to include their practical activities. As a small initial guide, the different skills and contents of the Cycle will be arranged, relating to the different tasks that students can carry out in the garden. Thus working a large part of the Modules taught in the Training Cycle in a transversal way, so that the different teachers of the Cycle will be able to use the garden. The budget necessary to carry out the project amounts to €2,129.64, taking into account that some materials (indicated in the budget section) must be renewed from time to time. By making this investment, the center will allow its students to face situations in the world of work in a realistic way, helping them to be better professionals.
