Background: EDs are a type of disorder normally acquired in adolescence and that in Spain is having a growing increase due to different factors such as social networks, changes in lifestyles and the influence of parents. Objective: Develop an intervention proposal in which students work on the most important aspects of eating disorders and create tools that help prevent them. Method: Works were searched in Scopus, Pub Med and Google Scholar, filtering them between the years 2019 and 2024 mainly. Afterwards, a first reading of the summaries was done to reduce the number and finally a second, more in-depth reading of the selected ones was done. Results: A 6-session learning situation was developed for the subject of physical education that deals with the most important aspects of EDs and that uses a methodology based on project-based learning. Conclusions: There is a great lack of teaching materials about EDs and their implementation in classrooms can have numerous benefits for the physical and mental health of students
