Since 2012, Mali has faced a multifaceted crisis that hinders the country’s security, governance, and rebuilding. The repeated coups d’état suffered by the country, placing it in the focus of attention of the international community, have exacerbated this situation, revealing not only the extreme fra-gility which continues to damage this State, but also the lack of success of the various international actors involved in the Sahel, including the European Union.
