Delincuencia y maldad en Salt, una ciudad multicultural

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado versará sobre la delincuencia y maldad en Salt, una ciudad multicultural. El municipio de Salt (Girona) de 32.000 habitantes, dónde el 40% de la población es inmigrante procedente de 75 nacionalidades distintas, un crisol de culturas, religiones y costumbres que coexisten con ciertos y lógicos problemas de convivencia. El interés de este TFG versará en detectar aquellos delitos que conllevan maldad, entendiéndolo como aquel comportamiento punitivo en el cual el autor actúa con intención voluntaria de hacer daño con saña de manera gratuita a su víctima. En los últimos años, Salt ha sufrido un aumento robos violentos hacia personas de avanzada edad y robos con fuerza en establecimientos, domicilios, etc. con una extralimitación en el uso de la fuerza del todo innecesaria para el objetivo del hecho que a priori sería únicamente apropiarse de lo ajeno e incluso con el único ánimo de hacer el mal por el mal (vandalismos sin ánimo de lucro). El plan de actuación versará en analizar y definir a los autores, víctimas, entorno y tipos (clasificación/categorías) de delitos con ‘maldad delictiva’ empleada (metafísica, filosófica, científica, ideológica) mediante entrevistas cualitativas a víctimas, victimario y expertos, analizando noticias relevantes acaecidas en la población y estadísticas policiales para así clasificar los ilícitos llevados a cabo con los diferentes tipos de maldades estudiadas.

This thesis will focus on crime and evil in Salt, a multicultural city. The municipality of Salt (Girona) of 32,000 inhabitants, where 40% of the population is immigrant from 75 different nationalities, a melting pot of cultures, religions and customs that coexist with certain and logical coexistence problems. This TFG will be interested in detecting those crimes that involve evil by understanding it as that punitive behaviour in which the author acts with a voluntary intention to harm his victim free of charge. In recent years, Salt has seen an increase in violent thefts towards elderly people and thefts with force in establishments, homes, etc. with an extra limitation on the use of force completely unnecessary for the purpose of the fact that, a priori, it is only serious to appropriate from the alien and even with the sole aim of harming the harm (non-profit vandalism). It action plan will be to analyse and define the authors, victims, environment and types (classification/categories) of crimes with 'crime sickness’ used (metaphysics, philosophical, scientific, ideological) by means of qualitative interviews with victims, victimaries and experts, analysing relevant news events in the population and police statistics in order to classify the illegals carried out with the various types of maldates studied.
