Entities, whether public or private and dedicated to any business sector, must apply
communication strategies that help achieve marketing objectives and position the
company in the market. A key tool that allows you to develop organized and effective
communication is a communication plan. In this Final Degree Project, we propose a
communication plan for a local radio station in Alicante, Terreta Radio. To carry out its
design, we have analyzed the current situation of the local station, whose research has
been complemented with a survey of a representative sample of current and potential
listeners in order to establish objectives and strategic lines to achieve them. Our
communication plan proposes, among other initiatives, betting on social networks,
creating multimedia content to increase the audience and interact with listeners. In
addition, we suggest the organization of public relations actions, such as sponsorships and
events, to strengthen the link with the target audience. In this way, we make the radio
station known to listeners who were not aware of it and we obtain a greater presence on
social networks. We are also committed to disseminating a newsletter to keep our listeners
informed, which will strengthen their loyalty. On the other hand, we consider advertising
as a key factor to reinforce the communication strategy, which is why we have designed
different advertising media where Terreta Radio can make itself known.
