Tribunales tutelares de menores

Abstract

El presente trabajo está destinado a los Tribunales Tutelares de Menores, institución no muy conocida en nuestro país, pero de gran importancia histórica por su innegable función tutelar, enjuiciadora y por su avance en el tratamiento de los niños. El trabajo tiene como principal objetivo el análisis de la Ley de Tribunales Tutelares de Menores de 1948 de la que se hará mención en repetidas ocasiones al tratar la organización, composición, instituciones auxiliares, entre otros puntos.

The present work is intended for the Juvenile Guardianship Courts, an institution not well known in our country, but of great historical importance for its undeniable guardianship, trial function and for its progress in the treatment of children. The main objective of the work is the analysis of the Law on Juvenile Guardianship Courts of 1948, which will be mentioned repeatedly when dealing with the organization, composition, auxiliary institutions, among other points.
