Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado aborda la intersección entre la inteligencia artificial (IA) y los derechos de propiedad intelectual (PI), analizando cómo la IA ha hecho emerger una serie de problemas relativos con la protección de sus creaciones y cómo han de tratarse legalmente los sujetos y elementos implicados en dicho proceso.

This final degree project addresses the intersection between artificial intelligence (AI) and intellectual property (IP) rights, analyzing how ai has given rise to a series of problems related to the protection of its creations and how the subjects and elements involved in this process should be treated legally.
