In the field of employment, several specific rights and guarantees have been established for victims of gender-based violence and sexual offences to enable them to reconcile their work obligations with the need for protection, welfare and support. Even though significant progress has been made in terms of labour legislation aimed at promoting gender equality and addressing gender-based violence, challenges still persist with regard to the protection of those affected. For this reason, this work has addressed the analysis of its legal regime, statistical data on the victims and the labour rights that are applicable to the various contractual figures existing in the university environment. Taking this context into account, the II Equality Plan of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche introduces an action aimed at making visible the legal-labour measures available to women workers who provide their services in this institution. However, once we started the work, we found it difficult to carry out the planned action VI.16.2 due to the different contractual figures that have different legal regimes and that are applied to them, norms that are not common to each other. For this reason, a proposal for a list of unified measures has been prepared that, once approved, can be applied to all female workers who are considered victims of gender violence and sexual offences within the University. Finally, the need to approve this list of labour measures is emphasized in order to advance in the process of a common regulation for all female workers.
