Resumen :
Objetivo:
Revisar la literatura para conocer la relación que existe entre el nivel de función cognitiva y la biomecánica lesional del ligamento cruzado anterior (LCA) en deportes de equipo medida.

Objective:
Review the literature to know the relationship that exists between the level of cognitive function and the biomechanics of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in measured team sports.
Method:
Systematic review based on the PRISMA 2020 statement. A literature search was performed in the PubMed, Scopus, and SportDiscus databases. It was carried out based on the main keywords "team sports", "ACL", "neurocognition", "cognition", "dual task", "biomechanics", "knee valgus" obtained from the PIO rule.
Results:
4 analytic cross-sectional studies were included in this review. 75% of the articles found that poorer cognitive function in team athletes in terms of processing speed, reaction time, visual attention, and visuospatial memory was related to more damaging ACL biomechanics measured in ecological tests.
Conclusion:
Associations were found between low cognitive function and ACL biomechanics in team sports, and it was seen how ecological tests could be more sensitive to decreases in cognition; however, more literature is needed to complement the results of this study review in order to draw more solid conclusions and understand decreased cognitive function as a risk factor from a more practical approach.
