Eating disorders (ED) are a psychological disorders characterized by abnormal eating habits. It is multi-causal disorders, involved in biological, psychological and social factors. One of these factors is the practice of risk sports, such as ballet. Ballet is a risky sport because it starts at an early age, and young people grow up with a thin ideal about their body and the influence of comments of their teammates and coaches is important for the development of eating disorders. This program is intended to serve as primary prevention in eating disorders in dancers aged between 11 and 14 years. At this stage of growth and physical and psychological changes, girls are more vulnerable to comments of their teammates about the activity (judges, demands of coaches, teammates comments about her body shape, etc.). It is essential the implantation of an emotional education and healthy habits that will help them to deal with criticism that they receive about bodily perfection. This program consists of 9 sessions of 90 minutes each one. For evaluation questionnaires are used: EAT-26, Likert Scale satisfaction about the program.
