Análisis de viabilidad empresarial de un despacho de detectives

Abstract

El presente TFG tiene la finalidad de estudiar la viabilidad empresarial de un Despacho de Detectives en la Ciudad de Benidorm, analizando las diferentes variables como el análisis de mercado, los factores internos y externos que pudieran presentar un riesgo o un beneficio para el negocio mediante análisis Pestel, análisis de las 5 fuerzas de Porter y análisis DAFO. Dentro del estudio también se analizan los principales competidores del mercado, resultando que de las empresas analizadas solo una cuenta con 10 años de experiencia en el mercado, el resto de las empresas cuenta con 20 y 25 años de experiencia lo que las convierte en unas de las principales empresas de mayor competencia de la provincia de Alicante. Dentro del estudio también se hace enfoque al análisis de mercado, análisis financiero, marketing de ventas, gastos e ingresos, así como el análisis de los servicios que son ofrecidos por las empresas de detectives, el valor del servicio, y el tiempo invertido para la realización de las investigaciones. En este mismo contexto el mercado de Detectives privados en los últimos años se ha incorporado con mayor fuerza al mercado lo que ha dado vida a nuevos modelos de negocios orientados al servicio de investigación, es por ello que el tema ha resultado de gran interés como desarrollo del TFG.

This TFG has the purpose of studying the business viability of a Detective Office in the City of Benidorm, analyzing the different variables such as market analysis, internal and external factors that could present a risk or a benefit for the business through analysis Pestel, Porter's 5 forces analysis and SWOT analysis. Within the study, the main competitors in the market are also analyzed, noting that of the companies analyzed, resulting in only one of the companies analiyzed having 10 years of experience in the market, the rest of the companies have 20 and 25 years of experience, which makes them one of the the main companies with the greatest competition in the province of Alicante. Within the study, focus is also made on market analysis, financial analysis, sales marketing, expenses and income, as well as the analysis of the services that are offered by detective companies, the value of the service, and the time invested for the investigation, carrying out the investigations. In this same context, the market for private detectives in recent years has been incorporated with greater force into the market, which has given life to new business models oriented to the investigation service, which is why the subject has been of great interest as development of the TFG.
