According to Jean Piaget (psychologist, 1896), adolescence is a crucial period in the development of intelligence, since cognitive abilities reach very high levels. Schools are the main point of improvement of basic skills of young people. A journey of about four years in which students acquire fundamental concepts for life in society such as developing habits of discipline and group and individual work, personal development and fundamental values such as gender and equality. The present research work analyzes the communication of the Compulsory Education Institute Antonio Navarro Santafé and proposes some improvements. A consolidated teaching center in all areas, allowing the population of the region access to a wide range of education possibilities, since in addition to secondary and high school, it has a large repertoire of modules and cycles. The CEI is located on San Benito street in Villena (Alicante), a city of 36.000 habitants approximately located in the southeast of Spain. The case study was carried out after a one-year internship at the center. Knowing so the operation of the organization and your communication, both internal and external. The research carries out a study of the situation of the institute and includes workshop sessions with students to boost their making and power on their communicative roots. Finally, it concludes with some general reflections on whether the proposed tools have helped to improve communication and points of the future of the research projects carried out by the center.
