Theoretical Framework:Tumour in a paediatric age is a disease difficultto dealwithin any level, medical or emotive. Health personnel have to take care of the children’s cure and, at the same time, create a good relation with the parents and children. This favours the involvement necessary for the creation of a therapeutic alliance thatcan be represented in the paediatric triangle. Basedonthese tasks, the workof the nursing staff in a paediatric oncology division is very difficultand demanding. Methods:In this study is presented a research of phenomenological-hermeneutic nature in which havebeen interviewed 8 members (7 nursesand 1 social-health worker) of the health personnel of the paediatric oncology division of the Alicante’s University Hospital, Spain. The research, conducted between April 2017 and June 2017, through the use of the in-depth interview, the objective of the same isto investigate the experiences and feelings of the health staff regardingto their work, to the relationship with their colleagues, with the children and the families, and in relation to the therapeutic process.Results:.The main results obtained from the phenomenological-hermeneutical analysis of the interviews conducted with the nursing staff, underline the importance of the emotional support of the group of colleagues. Conclusions:The need to receive psychological formation to achieve abetter communication with the families and children with the aim of create a more collaborative atmosphere, and the need to never give up to the difficulties that produces this type of complex disease in the emotional and clinical level
