Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is defined as a neurodevelopmental disorder whose origin is neurobiological and encompasses a broad continuum in the manifestation of its clinical features in terms of intensity, frequency and interference. In its first link is ASD grade 1, traditionally known as Asperger Syndrome. In general terms, this clinical picture presents special affectation in the skills of emotional self-regulation and social interaction. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to present an intervention proposal aimed at the acquisition of socioemotional strategies in people with ASD grade 1. Specifically, the aim is to improve aspects such as assertiveness, empathy, emotional self-regulation, self-esteem and communication skills, among others. The methodology focuses on theoretical presentations and dynamic activities based on role-playing techniques, games, activity sheets and psycho-stories. The ultimate aim is to increase the psychological well-being of these patients. Consequently, it is expected that after the application of the programme, adolescents will improve their socio-emotional competences and transfer the knowledge and skills to other contexts of their daily lives.
