Análisis crítico de la figura del arraigo laboral en España

Abstract

El presente trabajo analizará críticamente la figura del Arraigo Laboral en España, destacando a su vez, el arraigo por circunstancias excepcionales de colaboración con las autoridades debido a un tema de auge sucedido recientemente en España, como vía para conceder la residencia legal a los mismos. De el mismo modo se contrastarán diversas Sentencias relativas al contenido objeto de análisis, con un punto de inflexión en la Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo de fecha de 25 de marzo de 2021, que supone un giro exponencial respecto de la materia objeto de este análisis

The present work will critically analyze the figure of Labor Rooting in Spain, highlighting in turn, the roots due to exceptional circumstances of collaboration with the authorities due to a boom issue that occurred recently in Spain, as a way to grant legal residence to the themselves. In the same way, various Judgments regarding the content under analysis will be contrasted, with a turning point in Judgment TS 452/2021 dated March 25, which represents an exponential shift with respect to the subject matter of this analysis
