The present work consists of two objectives: The first is to give relevance to the figure of the workplace mobbing adviser in the company. This figure will be presented to the business organization as a unification of secondary and tertiary prevention, to help people who are part of the organization to face the situation of mobbing and to support them in their subsequent recovery. The second objective is to draw up a Code of Good Practices (CBP) on workplace mobbing that can serve as a guide to any company that is faced with the need or desire to create a CBP. For its preparation, codes of different companies and institutions have been used as a study, until a common index is reached where the behaviors typical of the manifestations of workplace mobbing and the procedures available, both internal and external, in the company to combat it will be collected. With both objectives, it is intended to make the personnel employed in the organization aware of the seriousness of the behaviors constituting workplace mobbing and of the commitment that the company assumes to eradicate it, and thus have a positive impact on the organization by fostering a stable and respectful work environment for all members of the company
