People with overweight or obesity is growing non-stop in the world, and although many studies have not yet been found with a solution, in general the hypocaloric diets and the increase in physical activity necessary to achieve this goal have very little success in these subjects. This is partly because, when a high percentage of body fat (overweight condition or obesity), is maintained for prolonged periods of time results in changes in the control of nutritional homeostasis of the subjects, distorting this balance. This TFM is part of a novel point of view in which it is intended to discover brain patterns at the level of the cerebral cortex and relate them to surrounding markers of satiety to find new ways of treatment against obesity. Within this project, this TFM will address the determination of the hyperphagic behavior of the subjects of the sample by analyzing the behavior of these subjects with psychological tools and performing an analysis of a 2-month nutritional intervention.
