Introduction : Professional activity is essential in the life of any person and in the case of those who suffer from an intellectual disability, it is very important to help shape their adult identity. Therefore, this work consists in describing an employment support program currently developed from the occupational therapy area of an occupational center, so that it can serve as an example for professionals who want to implement such a program in their workplace. Methodology: The aspects to be described in the employment program were: contextualization of the program within the center, presentation of the program and general objectives and the 3 workshops that make up the program. A descriptive workshop sheet was included, with the following sections: brief description, objectives, inclusion criteria, average time of participation, operation or methodology.. Results: The main objective of this employment program is the inclusion of people with disabilities in the world of work. For this reason, it is based on the labor preparation of users through different workshops, such as the packaging workshop, the capping workshop and the distribution workshop. Conclusion: There are employment programs that allow training the social and labor skills necessary to access different jobs, but the work of the occupational therapist must include other actions such as the adaptation of the work environment, as well as the information and training of the different agents of The community involved.
