Festival Internacional de Cine Ciutat d’Alcoi: proyecto para la creación de un festival de cine

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Final de Grado tiene como principal objetivo elaborar una propuesta de modelo organizativo para la futura creación de un festival cinematográfico en la ciudad de Alcoy: el Festival Internacional de Cine Ciutat d’Alcoi (FICCA). Para ello, realizamos una revisión bibliográfica de artículos y publicaciones académicas para conocer el funcionamiento de los festivales de cine, un estudio del panorama cultural actual de Alcoy, con la finalidad de conocer si un evento de estas características sería viable en la ciudad, y un análisis comparativo de los festivales de referencia de la provincia de Alicante, de los que extraeremos sus fortalezas y debilidades para diseñar nuestro modelo de festival. Finalmente, se plantea una propuesta de organización que, a través de un plan de financiación, demuestra la viabilidad de un festival de cine en la ciudad de Alcoy

The main objective of this Final Degree Project is to develop a proposal for an organizational model for the future creation of a film festival in the city of Alcoy: the Ciutat d’Alcoi International Film Festival (FICCA). To do this, we carried out a bibliographic review of articles and academic publications to know the operation of film festivals, a study of the current cultural panorama of Alcoy, in order to know if an event of these characteristics would be viable in the city, and a comparative analysis of the reference festivals of the province of Alicante, from which we will extract their strengths and weaknesses to design our festival model. Finally, an organizational proposal is put forward that, through a financing plan, demonstrates the viability of a film festival in the city of Alcoy
