Resumen : PM1 and PM10 samples were collected at a downtown site in Elche, Spain, for one year. The oxidative potential&#xD;
(OP) of the samples was determined by the dithiothreitol (DTT) assay, along with the chemical composition, in&#xD;
order to identify the key components affecting OP of fine and coarse PM. The water-soluble organic carbon&#xD;
(WSOC) content, which comprises many constituents identified as redox-active species in previous works, was&#xD;
measured for the first time at the sampling site. More than 70 % of WSOC was associated with submicron&#xD;
particles since it came mainly from biomass burning during winter and was formed by atmospheric photochemical&#xD;
reactions during the summer season. Average volume-normalised OP was very similar in the submicron&#xD;
and coarse fractions (0.21 and 0.17 nmol min􀀀 1 m􀀀 3, respectively), with values twice as high in winter than in&#xD;
summer. However, the intrinsic OP (OP of PM per unit mass) was notably higher in PM1 than in PM10–1 (28 and&#xD;
14 pmol min􀀀 1 μg􀀀 1), indicating that submicron particles have a higher potential to generate reactive oxygen&#xD;
species and are potentially more hazardous. During winter PM1 OP was strongly associated with biomass burning&#xD;
species, including WSOC, due to the emissions of redox-active organic components from this source, and also&#xD;
with traffic tracers related to both exhaust and non-exhaust emissions. In contrast, during the warm season, the&#xD;
results of the correlation analysis point to relevant contributions from secondary organic aerosols and road dust&#xD;
resuspension. On the other hand, the DTT activity measured in PM10–1 was related to chemical species derived&#xD;
from exhaust and non-exhaust traffic emissions during winter and to marine species during the summer months.</summary>

Resumen : Bioethanol fireplaces are marketed as clean and decorative heating alternatives. However, their impact on indoor&#xD;
air quality (IAQ) remains poorly characterised. This study investigates the indoor levels of gaseous and particulate&#xD;
pollutants using a bioethanol fireplace operated under realistic conditions. Two types of bioethanol fuels&#xD;
and two burner designs, a single-chambered (SC) and a double-chambered (DC), were tested under minimal&#xD;
ventilation. Concentrations of CO, NO, NO2, CO2, NH3, N2O, C2H6O, total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs),&#xD;
and carbonyl compounds were measured, while particulate matter (PM10) was characterised chemically and&#xD;
toxicologically. Combustion of both fuels led to substantial increases in indoor pollutant concentrations&#xD;
compared to background levels. Indoors, maximum average CO levels reached 5.67 μg m􀀀 3, NO 0.33 μg m􀀀 3,&#xD;
NO2 0.85 μg m􀀀 3 and TVOCs exceeded 1400 μg m􀀀 3. Acetaldehyde and formaldehyde were the dominant carbonyls,&#xD;
with the latter frequently surpassing the WHO guideline value along with NO2. Compared with traditional&#xD;
wood combustion, bioethanol combustion produced relatively higher indoor concentrations of nitrogen&#xD;
oxides, acetaldehyde, and formaldehyde. Average PM10 concentrations ranged from 31.5 to 173 μg m􀀀 3, with higher indoor concentrations for the DC burner and Fuel 2. PM10 samples were enriched in bromine, ammonium and nitrate during combustion, and exhibited elevated oxidative potential. Differences in indoor pollutant levels and oxidative potential were observed depending on the burner design, fuel type and initial fuel load. These results demonstrate that flueless bioethanol fireplaces can markedly deteriorate IAQ, underscoring the need for performance standards, improved fuel formulations, and adequate ventilation to mitigate exposure risks asso&#xD;
ciated with their use.</summary>

Resumen : Water scarcity is increasing worldwide, but its effects are particularly severe in&#xD;
Southern Europe, where limited water resources are further strained by climate&#xD;
change and the rise of water-intensive agriculture. In response, EU countries are&#xD;
developing innovative water strategies, expanding the use of reclaimed (treated&#xD;
wastewater) and desalinated water to secure irrigation. However, consumer response&#xD;
to foods produced with these non-conventional waters remains underexplored. This&#xD;
study analyses European consumers’ perceptions of the use of non-conventional&#xD;
water irrigation sources in almond production, along with the EU origin and organic&#xD;
production labels. To this end, discrete choice experiments are used in a sample of&#xD;
1,371 consumers across three European countries (Spain, Germany, and Sweden).&#xD;
The results show consistent premiums for EU origin and organic production in all&#xD;
countries, while proposed irrigation water sources attract less consumer attention.&#xD;
Despite expectations, reclaimed water does not face greater rejection among&#xD;
consumers than desalinated water. However, notable cross-country differences&#xD;
emerge: Spanish consumers tend to reject almonds irrigated with desalinated or&#xD;
reclaimed water, whereas German and Swedish consumers show neutral or mixed&#xD;
responses. Latent class segmentation within these countries reveals substantial&#xD;
heterogeneity, identifying traditionalist segments, but also groups with a positive&#xD;
willingness to pay for almonds produced employing the proposed water sources.&#xD;
Overall, these alternative water sources appear to be market-compatible, as&#xD;
consumers reveal no strongly negative attitudes. Nevertheless, the continuing&#xD;
importance of traditional attributes such as origin and production system supports&#xD;
the strategy of combining established quality labels with information about the&#xD;
source of water used.</summary>

Resumen : En este artículo se muestra como objeto de estudio una experiencia colaborativa y experimental que, mediante una metodología de investigación-acción participativa, toma la estrategia surrealista de “cadáver exquisito” para ser aplicada al arte de acción. Esta estrategia ha permitido explorar diversas vías creativas grupales en nuestro entorno más inmediato, que es donde accionamos a través de nuestros cuerpos. Practicamos lo local teniendo muy presente lo global, especialmente por el contexto social complejo como el atravesado por la pandemia de la Covid-19 en el que se desarrolla esta experiencia, marcando de una manera notable todo el proceso, siendo fundamental el empleo de la tecnología. La aportación principal es la utilización de una metodología cualitativa de investigación-acción participativa (IAP), a través de la cual se ha podido observar cómo la tecnología y el trabajo colaborativo, han propiciado unos resultados híbridos que encuentran influencias no solo en el movimiento surrealista fundador de la estrategia, sino también en grupos como Oulipo o Fluxus. Para concluir, veremos cómo la multiplicidad de enfoques que se producen sobre un mismo tema,&#xD;
desemboca en una intermedialidad que nos lleva a considerar las diversas mutaciones de disciplinas como parte de la creación colectiva.; This article shows as an object of study a collaborative and experimental experience that, through a participatory action-research methodology, takes the surrealist strategy of “exquisite corpse” to be applied to action art. This strategy has made it possible to explore various creative group paths in our most immediate environment, which is where we act through our bodies. We practice the local while keeping the global in mind, especially due to the complex social context such as the one traversed by the Covid-19 pandemic in which this experience unfolds, notably marking the entire process, in which the use of technology. The main contribution is the use of a methodology based on action art, through which it has been possible to observe how technology and collaborative work have led to hybrid results that find influences not only in the founding surrealist movement of the strategy, but also in groups like Oulipo or Fluxus. To conclude, we will see how the multiplicity of approaches that are produced on the same subject, leads to an intermediality that leads us to consider the various mutations of disciplines as part of collective creation.</summary>

Este texto invita a reconsiderar, a través de la práctica artística contemporánea basada en el hacktivismo, la manera en que exploramos tanto los espacios físicos como los virtuales en un mundo hiperconectado.; The article analyzes the transformation of the flâneur and its persistence in the digital age. In this context, figures such as the cyberflâneur and the phoneur emerge, wandering through screens, social networks, and surveilled, controlled streets. This virtual exploration retains the essence of aimless strolling but introduces new dynamics influenced by mobile devices and algorithms. This new way of inhabiting the world raises questions about our relationship with reality and time. Is it possible to escape the accelerated logic of consumption imposed by networks and reclaim a more conscious experience? Through contemporary artistic practice based&#xD;

Resumen : This study investigates the use of quinoa oil emulsion as a novel plant-based ingredient to improve the nutritional quality of fresh goat cheese. Quinoa oil emulsions (3 and 6 g/L) were characterized and incorporated in fresh cheese. The effects on nutritional composition, lipid oxidation, microbiological and sensory attributes, texture and microstructure were evaluated. The addition of quinoa oil emulsion to milk before the cheesemaking improved the lipid profile of the cheeses by increasing the content of linoleic and a-linolenic acids. Overall, the microstructure of the fortified cheeses looked like the typical protein-lipid network of cheese. Additionally, the addition of quinoa oil did not increase oxidative deterioration, and microbial growth was unaffected. Textural changes were minor and unlikely to impair consumer perception as sensory evaluation confirmed that fortified cheeses were well accepted, with overall acceptance similar to that for traditional formulation.</summary>
