Política laboral y represión del primer franquismo (1939-1959)

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo de investigación procederemos a analizar la política laboral durante los años que configuraron el primer franquismo, así como la represión sufrida por determinadas organizaciones que quedaron prohibidas durante dichos años. En primer lugar, analizaremos el contexto histórico que favoreció el asentamiento de un régimen dictatorial como fue el franquismo con sus múltiples consecuencias por todos conocidas. También daremos a conocer la fase autárquica de la política económica durante sus primeros años y la comparación con otras potencias europeas de la época. A continuación, realizaremos un análisis sobre lo que fue el movimiento obrero y la violenta represión a determinadas organizaciones, y por último, la creación de la Organización Sindical Española y sus principales actuaciones, en el marco de la política laboral del primer franquismo

In the following research we will analyse the labour policy during the years that shaped the first Francoism, as well as the repression suffered by certain organisations that were banned during those years. In the first place, we will analyse the historical context that favoured the establishment of a dictatorial regime such as the Franco regime with its multiple consequences known to all. We will also explain the autarkic phase of economic policy during its early years and compare it with other European powers of the time. Next, we will carry out an analysis of the workers' movement and the violent repression of certain organisations, and finally, the creation of the Spanish Trade Union Organisation and its main actions, within the framework of the labour policy of the first Franco regime
