Diseño y cálculo de una central hortofrutícola destinada a la manipulación y conservación de cítricos en el término municipal de Archena, Murcia.

Abstract

El objeto del presente proyecto es la puesta en marcha de una industria destinada a la manipulación y conservación de limones de las variedades Fino 95 y Verna. La industria está situada en el Polígono Industrial “La Capellanía”, en el término municipal de Archena (Murcia). En este proyecto se desarrollarán aspectos tales como la justificación urbanística, el estudio de mercado tanto a nivel Regional como Nacional, el proceso productivo, así como su control de calidad en la industria y el sistema APPCC para garantizar la seguridad en el consumidor final. También, se definirá la programación del proyecto, el control de calidad en las obras y el cálculo de la estructura. Quedando recogida la instalación frigorífica, la gestión de residuos, el estudio de impacto ambiental, asegurando una mínima afección sobre el medio ambiente, y el Estudio de Seguridad y Salud garantizando la protección sobre los trabajadores.

The purpose of this project is the start-up of an industry for the handling and preservation of lemons of the Fino 95 and Verna varieties. The industry is located in the Industrial Park "La Capellanía", in the municipality of Archena (Murcia). This project will develop aspects such as the urban justification, the market study at both regional and national level, the production process, as well as its quality control in the industry and the HACCP system to guarantee safety for the final consumer. Also, the project programming, the quality control in the works and the calculation of the structure will be defined. The refrigeration installation, waste management, the environmental impact study, ensuring a minimum impact on the environment, and the Health and Safety Study will be included, guaranteeing the protection of workers.
