Evaluación y análisis de la violencia laboral, el acoso sexual y el trabajo forzoso, en la Organización de Productores Agromark, S.L.

Abstract

La violencia laboral, el acoso sexual y el trabajo forzoso, forman parte de la pandemia del S.XXI, en el ámbito laboral. El objetivo del presente estudio, exploratorio descriptivo, fue evaluar dichas variables en una organización hortofrutícola de la región de Murcia, partiendo de una muestra de 228 sujetos, de entre 21 y 62 años, con 143 hombres y 85 mujeres. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan, que el 60,96% de la muestra, se ven afectados, siendo mayor el porcentaje en mujeres, 65,71%, frente al 58,74%, en hombres, y en ambos sexos, el rango de edad más afectado es >40 años. La violencia laboral, es la variable con mayor afectación, en comparación con las otras dos variables

Workplace violence, sexual harassment and forced labour have become part of the 21st century pandemic in the workplace. The aim of this descriptive exploratory study was to evaluate these factors in a fruit and vegetable producer organisation located in the Murcia region, based on a survey of 228 subjects, aged between 21 and 62 years old, with 143 men and 85 women. The survey results show that 60.96% of the participants are affected, with a higher rate in women, 65.71%, compared to 58.74%, in men, and for both genders, the most affected age range is those over 40 years old. Violence at work is the most affected factor in comparison with the other two factors.
