Abstract

Trabajo de investigación que realiza un recorrido por la presentación y tratamiento del género no binario en el ámbito social, jurídico y familiar. El principal objetivo es estudiar cómo se está manejando la inclusión desde las series televisivas y la presencia de referentes, tanto para jóvenes como para adultos. A través de una metodología cualitativa de revisión bibliográfica, se realiza un análisis documental de la presencia de personajes representativos de este género en el ámbito cinematográfico desde los años 70. Los principales resultados se centran en la ficción televisiva de las últimas dos décadas. Research work that makes a journey through the presentation and treatment of non-binary gender in the social, legal and family sphere. The main objective is to study how inclusion is being handled from television series and the presence of references, both for young people and adults.
