El Sistema Especial Agrario y sus complejidades

Abstract

Este trabajo consta de tres partes. Por un lado está destinada a la explicación sobre las jornadas de trabajo en el sector agrario, ya que mi experiencia Obtenida de la impartición de cursos formativos en La Fundación Elche Acoge, me ha llevado a la conclusión de que los periodos de inactividad, son la gran materia desconocida en el Régimen Agrario, la mayoría de las personas, desconocen que existan estos periodos y como están regulados. Otro de los puntos importantes de las jornadas, son las cotizaciones en este sistema, ya que la ley permite a los empresarios del sector cotizar de manera especial. La segunda parte de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado trata sobre las diferencias y peculiaridades de dos Convenios Colectivos limítrofes, como son el de Murcia y Alicante. En este apartado se realiza una comparativa entre un articulado y otro. Y por último y para mi, el más importante, la realidad del sector agrario, mediante la elaboración de una guía sobre el Sistema Especial Agrario, la cual lleve a cabo a través de la Universidad Miguel Hernández y más concretamente con la Clínica Jurídica. Este proyecto consistió en elaborar la guía jurídica para después exponerla mediante una explicación a personas de origen extranjero. Para este proyecto conté con la ayuda de mi compañero Rubén Bolufer y el apoyo y dedicación de mi profesora Dña. Rosario Carmona Paredes. Para mí ha sido muy gratificante poder participar en este proyecto como voluntaria, y a la vez algo preocupante, ya que existe un gran desconocimiento sobre el Régimen Agrario, no solo por parte de extranjeros, sino en general.

This work consists of three parts. On the one hand, it is intended for the explanation of working days in the agricultural sector, since my experience in Elche Acoge, has led me to the conclusion that periods of inactivity are the great unknown material in the Agrarian Regime, Most people are unaware that these periods exist and how they work. Another of the important points of the conference, are the contributions in this system, since the law allows entrepreneurs in the sector to quote in a special way. The second part of this Final Degree Project deals with the differences and peculiarities of two neighboring Collective Agreements, such as Murcia and Alicante. In this section a comparison between one article and another is made. And finally, and for me, the most important, the reality of the agricultural sector, through the preparation of a guide on the Special Agrarian System, which is carried out through the Miguel Hernández University and more specifically with the Legal Clinic. This project consisted in elaborating the legal guide to later expose it by means of an explanation to people of foreign origin. For this project I counted on the help of my colleague Rubén Bolufer and the support and dedication of my teacher Mrs. Rosario Carmona Paredes. For me it has been very gratifying to be able to participate in this project as a volunteer, and at the same time something worrisome, since there is a great ignorance about the Agrarian Regime, not only by foreigners, but in general.
