In our present work we want to compile in a systematic and orderly manner the
exercise of the rights of work-life balance in relation to the family, work and personal life of
the teamwork who works in the Miguel Hernández University, with the objective of
becoming a source of help for them. The rights of work-life balance have experienced a
constant evolution during the last years in our society, resulting from a cultural and social
change based on the search for the well-being of the worker in terms of being able to
reconcile his family and personal life with his professional development, without this may
result in a danger to the worker's job stability. Despite these rights being raised for both
genders, this work will have to take into account the current presence of women in the labor
market and how their incorporation into this over the last few years that has led to one of
the largest and most relevant social changes in labor law. The methodology used to respond
to the question raised will be based on an exhaustive analysis of the applicable regulations
on the rights of work-life balance. In addition to a study and classification of the different
types of personnel that we can find in a public highest and investigation institution institution
such as the UMH. Due to all of these reasons, this work is justified in view of the different
rules regarding work-life balance that apply to Miguel Hernández University staff, both
public worker and labor, as well as their own ignorance of these rights, beyond motherhood
and paternity.
