Auditoria de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales

Abstract

La elección de realizar una auditoría de prevención de riesgos laborales se debe a que me parece un tema interesante y muy importante para los trabajadores en las empresas. Principalmente se analiza el origen de la auditoría, explicando de donde viene y porqué es necesaria para las empresas su implantación. También se estudian los objetivos de las auditorias, en concreto la necesidad de fijarlos, puesto que es importante marcarlos para poder examinarlos y evaluarlos. Además, se habla de lo importante que es realizar una auditoría y de las entidades que están obligadas a hacerlo. A continuación, se investigan las clases y tipos de auditorías hasta llegar a la auditoria sociolaboral de la cual nace la de prevención de riesgos laborales, entre otras. Se llevará a cabo la preparación de un programa de auditoría, previamente se hará teóricamente y sucesivamente en la práctica de la empresa concreta en la cual se explicará la política preventiva, los planes de prevención y de emergencias, la formación y la información que se le suministra a los trabajadores en la empresa y la evaluación y el control de los riesgos expuestos en la entidad. En la actualidad, se están llevando a cabo más inspecciones en cuanto a la prevención debido a que hay un mayor interés por disminuir o extinguir todos los accidentes o incidentes posibles que ocurren en las distintas empresas. Este trabajo se estudia a través de una empresa en concreto, la cual me presta material y documentación para que pueda llevarlo a cabo y me deja acceder a las instalaciones en las que llevan a cabo sus actividades para poder redactarlo. Se fijan unos objetivos en cuanto a la actividad preventiva en la empresa, la cual es muy importante porque se realizan actividades que hacen que se prevengan posibles sucesos en la organización. También expongo los equipos de protección individual de cada trabajador, lo cual me parece muy importante porque son necesarios para llevar a cabo las funciones ordenadas. Asimismo, elaboro el informe sobre la empresa en el cual propongo recomendaciones a posibles defectos que he podido observar y he valorado favorablemente todos los aspectos que han realizado y estudiado para mejorar su trabajo diario. Finalmente expongo las conclusiones a las que he llegado en el desarrollo de mi trabajo, y doy mi opinión acerca de las auditorias de prevención de riesgos laborales, a las cuales se les deberían de dar más importancia.

The reason to do an audit of occupational hazards is due to the reason that i think it is an interesting subject and very important for workers in companies. Firstly we analyze the origin of the audit, explaining where it comes from and why its implantation is important for companies. The objectives of the Audits are also studied, in particular the need to fix them, since it is important for them to be examined and evaluated. Also, the need to perform an Audit is spoken about and the entities that are obliged to do so. To continue, the different types of Audits are investigated, until we come to the socio-labor Audit, and from here is the origin of Prevention of Occupational Hazards, amongst other things. An Audit program will be carried out, firstly theoretical, followed by practical in the business that will have the preventive policy explained, prevention and emergency plans, the formation and information that is supplied to the workers and the evaluation and the control of the risks exposed in the entity. Nowadays, more inspections are being carried out regarding prevention due to there being a bigger interest to decrease or extinguish all the accidents or incidents possible that occur in different companies. This task is studied by a particular company, which is lending me material and documentation so I can carry this out, and also give me access to their facilities in which they carry out their activities so i can write about it. Objectives are set regarding the preventive activity in the company, this is very important because activities are carried out to prevent possible events in the organization. I also expose the individual protective equipment of each worker, that are needed to carry out their jobs. I prepare the report on the company for that i propose recommendations to possible defects that i have been able to observe, and i have evaluated favorably all the aspects that they have carried out and studied to better their daily work. Finally, i expose the conclusions that i have reached in the development of my project, and i give my opinion regarding the Prevention of Occupational Hazards Audits, which should be given more importance.
