El proyecto constitucional de Primo de Rivera

Abstract

Este trabajo irá dirigido al análisis del proyecto de reforma legislativa completa propuesta por el Gobierno durante la Dictadura de Primo de Rivera. En él veremos las razones que llevan al Régimen a plantearse dicha reforma, como es el proceso de elaboración de esas leyes y la reacción que se produce en la opinión pública. Además explicaremos los motivos por los que fracasa el proyecto y las consecuencias que tendrá para la Dictadura.

This work is aimed at the analysis of the complete legislative reform proposed by the government during the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera. We will see in it the reasons that lead the regime to consider this reform, how is the process of making those laws and the reaction that the laws produce in public opinions. We will also explain the reasons why the Project fails and the consequences it will have for the dictatorship.
