Pediatric cancer is a disease that cannot be prevented; however, thanks to medical advances, the survival rate for these children has risen to 80%. This means that these children must return to their daily lives, though the disease and/or its treatments may have left them with cognitive, socio-emotional, and academic aftereffects. This socio-educational intervention proposal aims to equip not only the childhood cancer survivors themselves but also their families and their schools—including teachers and classmates—with the necessary tools. The program's overarching goal is to facilitate the school reintegration and psychosocial well-being of students who have survived pediatric cancer as they return to the mainstream classroom, through a socio-educational intervention targeting the students, their families, and the educational community. The evaluation employs a quantitative pre-post design using standardized tools, complemented by *ad hoc* questionnaires. The intervention seeks not only to provide support for the student's individual challenges but also to empower their socio-educational network. In this way, it ensures an inclusive return to school while fostering holistic well-being.
