Introduction: Exposure to pesticides is a significant public health concern due to their widespread use and environmental persistence. It can occur in occupational, domestic, and community settings through various routes (inhalation, ingestion, or dermal contact). Scientific evidence has linked pesticide exposure to multiple chronic diseases, highlighting environmental health consultations and tools such as the WHO Green Page as key elements for identifying environmental risks in clinical practice. Objective: To analyze the pattern of pesticide exposure and its relationship with the health profile of individuals attended at the Environmental Health Clinic of the Hospital Clínico Universitario Virgen de la Arrixaca, considering the type of exposure (domestic or occupational) and the geographical area of origin. Methodology: Observational, cross-sectional, and retrospective study based on the analysis of clinical records of adult individuals with a recorded Green Page. Sociodemographic variables, exposure characteristics, environmental conditions, lifestyle habits, and the presence of chronic diseases were collected. The analysis included descriptive and bivariate statistics, with associations estimated using odds ratios, with a significance level set at p < 0.05. Results: The study is expected to describe the main patterns of pesticide exposure and their distribution according to context and geographical area, as well as to identify potential associations between exposure and the presence of chronic diseases, observing differences according to the type of exposure. These findings will contribute to a better understanding of the impact of pesticide exposure on health, reinforcing the value of environmental anamnesis and the role of Family and Community Nursing in early risk detection and prevention from a community-based perspective.es_ES
