Revisión sistemática sobre las consecuencias del bullying y el ciberbullying en la salud mental en las víctimas

Abstract

La propuesta de este Trabajo de fin de máster se centra en realizar una revisión sistemática en la literatura científica acerca de las consecuencias del bullying y el ciberbullying en la salud mental de las víctimas que lo sufren. Este trabajo busca explicar la correlación de cómo estas formas de acoso pueden influir de manera significativa en el bienestar emocional, físico o psicológico de sus víctimas, indagando en los posibles patrones y tendencias en esos impactos negativos. La principal motivación de esta investigación postula en la importancia de comprender las implicaciones del acoso en la salud mental de las personas, con el fin de desarrollar en el futuro estrategias más efectivas para prevenir e intervenir en el momento de abordar este problema.

The proposal of this Master's Final Project focuses to carry out a systematic review of the scientific literature about the consequences of bullying and cyberbullying on the mental health of the victims who suffer from it. This work seeks to explain the correlation of how these forms of harassment can significantly influence the emotional, physical or psychological well-being of their victims, investigating possible patterns and trends in these negative impacts. The main motivation for this research postulates the importance of understanding the implications of bullying on people's mental health, in order to develop more effective strategies in the future to prevent and intervene when addressing this problem.
