Diseño y construcción de central de procesado y congelado hortofrutícola en el término municipal de San Ginés, Murcia

Abstract

Se trata de diseñar y proyectar la instalación frigorífica y la edificación de una industria de procesado y congelado de zanahoria, brócoli y pimiento. Se calculan y describen todos los datos previos necesarios para conocer las características necesarias en las dos separatas desarrolladas, así como su presupuesto y las condiciones de ejecución.

It involves designing and planning the refrigeration system and the construction of a facility for the processing and freezing of carrots, broccoli, and peppers. All the preliminary data required to define the necessary specifications in the two developed sections are calculated and described, together with their budget and execution conditions.
