Las entidades deportivas náuticas desde la Teoría de la Organización

Abstract

En este estudio se aborda las diferentes orientaciones que existen sobre las organizaciones como sistemas a lo largo del tiempo, para aproximarnos, a posteriori, a las organizaciones deportivas náuticas desde las diferentes corrientes que están presentes en la Teoría de la Organización. Consideramos que dicha Teoría representa la base fundamental para comprender la naturaleza, objetivos y tipología de las entidades deportivas náuticas. Para ello, se explican los diferentes enfoques que han estado presentes en el complejo desarrollo de la Teoría de la Organización, desde principios del S. XX, y se incide en las etapas de este tipo de instalaciones náutico deportivas a partir de una serie de leyes y normativas que las regulan.

This study addresses the different orientations that exist on organizations as systems over time, to approach, a posteri, nautical sports organizations from the different currents thar are present in the Organization Theory. We consider that this Theory represents the fundamental basis for understanding the nature, objectives and typology of nautical sports entities. For this, the different approaches that have been present in the complex development of the Organization Theory, since the beginning of the 20th century, are explained, and the stages of this type of nautical sports facilities are explained base don a series of laws and regulations that regulate them.
