El acoso sexual en el trabajo, en el sector público y en el sector privado. Una visión integral

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca ofrecer una visión integral, pero, a su vez, sistemática y sintética, del tratamiento y protección que ofrecen los distintos órdenes jurisdiccionales (el del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos, el del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, el del Tribunal Constitucional español, el penal, el contencioso-administrativo, el militar, el laboral y el civil) frente al acoso sexual en el trabajo, tanto en el sector público como en el sector privado.

This work aims to offer a comprehensive, but at the same time systematic and synthetic, vision of the treatment and protection offered by the different jurisdictional orders (the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Spanish Constitutional Court, the criminal, administrative, military, labour and civil courts) with regard to sexual harassment in the workplace, both in the public and private sectors.
