La asignación presupuestaria de la Cooperación española a Perú para combatir la violencia de género en 2022

Abstract

En este trabajo se procedió a analizar la asignación presupuestaria de la cooperación española a Perú para combatir la violencia de género en el año 2022, destacando el problema persistente en la sociedad peruana y la necesidad de tomar medidas drásticas para su eliminación. En este estudio se analizó el Marco de Asociación País (MAP) 2019-2022 y sus instrumentos financieros, centrándose en la participación de la Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional al Desarrollo (AECID) y la función que desempeñó en la cooperación internacional, poniendo énfasis en la necesidad de una inversión adecuada, un compromiso sostenido y la colaboración entre el gobierno peruano, la sociedad civil y la cooperación española para reducir la violencia de género. En las conclusiones se incluyeron las reflexiones sobre la necesidad de aumentar la inversión, la colaboración y experiencia mutua entre España y Perú, la gestión eficiente y transparente, y el aprendizaje entre los diferentes actores involucrados en combatir la violencia de género en Perú.

This paper analyzed the budget allocation of Spanish cooperation to Peru to combat gender violence in 2022, highlighting the persistent problem in Peruvian society and the need to take drastic measures to eliminate it. This study analyzed the Country Partnership Framework (MAP) 2019-2022 and its financial instruments, focusing on the participation of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the role it played in international cooperation, emphasizing the need for adequate investment, sustained commitment and collaboration between the Peruvian government, civil society and Spanish cooperation to reduce gender violence. The conclusions included reflections on the need to increase investment, collaboration and mutual experience between Spain and Peru, efficient and transparent management, and learning between the different actors involved in combating gender violence in Peru.
