This Master's Thesis proposes the integration of horizontal bouldering into physical education lesson plans, using the Adventure Education (EA) pedagogical model. This model, which utilizes adventure activities to promote the holistic development of students, faces challenges such as perceived risk and the lack of specific teacher training. A literature review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines, which identified key studies on the implementation of adventure activities in schools. The findings highlight the feasibility of incorporating bouldering in educational centers without the need for travel, offering a safe and effective option. A Learning Situation titled "Defying Gravity" is proposed, aimed at 2nd-year ESO students, aligning its contents with the LOMLOE curriculum and promoting active participation and meaningful learning. The proposal seeks to overcome current barriers in the teaching of adventure activities and enrich physical education in secondary schools.
