Results: Among the results, 9.3% of athletes have Burnout Syndrome. It has been observed that there are differences in gender and in the type of sport practiced. However, there are no differences in other variables such as optimism and resilience. Conclusions: The incidence rate that has been obtained has been worrisome, especially in the sport of Olympic Wrestling.
