La inteligencia artificial generativa en el ámbito educativo. Manual de prompts para formación profesional

Abstract

La última década ha supuesto una metamorfosis pedagógica para el conjunto de la comunidad educativa. La irrupción de las nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, sumadas a la avalancha mediática y social de la Inteligencia Artificial, han contribuido de forma notoria a la búsqueda de espacios innovadores en lo que a la generación de contenido docente se refiere. Este Trabajo de Final de Máster aspira a incrementar la masa documental y de proyectos crecientes en ese sentido. En primer lugar, a través de una profunda y delicada revisión bibliográfica con la que se pretende conocer en detalle el punto de partida sobre el que se vertebran las incipientes iniciativas en el campo de las Nuevas Tecnologías (NN.TT) pero, especialmente, en la IA Generativa. En segundo lugar, también se apuesta por conocer de manera tímida cuál es la posición del docente al respecto. Cómo se relaciona, cómo actúa, cuáles son sus necesidades y los propósitos y ambiciones de la comunidad educativa. Por último, la tarea medular ha sido la de construir un manual de prompts (órdenes) de ChatGPT aplicado a la asignatura de Gestión Económica y Financiera de la Empresa del Ciclo Formativo Superior de Comercio Internacional, con el objeto de servir de base para un futuro proyecto más amplio y transversal que sirva para diferentes asignaturas, módulos y ciclos formativos

The last decade has meant a pedagogical metamorphosis for the educational community as a whole. The irruption of new Information and Communication Technologies, together with the media and social avalanche of Artificial Intelligence, have contributed significantly to the search for innovative spaces for the generation of teaching content. This Master's Thesis aims to increase the mass of documents and growing projects in this regard. In the first place, through a deep and delicate bibliographic review with which it is intended to know in detail the starting point on which the incipient initiatives in the field of New Technologies are based, but especially in Generative AI. Secondly, there is also a timid attempt to find out what is the position of the teacher in this respect. How he/she relates, how he/she acts, what are his/her needs and the purposes and ambitions of the educational community. Finally, the core task has been to build a manual of ChatGPT prompts (orders) applied to the subject of Economic and Financial Management of the Company of the Higher Training Cycle of International Trade, in order to serve as a basis for a future broader and more transversal project that can be used for different subjects, modules and training cycles
