INTRODUCTION: The prevention of occupational risks is an important area when it comes to explaining what factors can affect whether a worker can exercise his profession in the best possible way, specifically considering ergonomic and psychosociological factors, that is, not only taking considers physical factors, but also cognitive factors that affect workers. OBJECTIVES: Identify the ergonomic and psychosociological risks to which workers are exposed in different work environments and conduct a bibliographic review of the ergonomic and psychosociological risks for workers. METHODOLOGY: A systematic review was carried out following the guidelines of the PRISMA statement, where of 176 articles, 17 articles were included. RESULTS: Ergonomic risks that affect the physical health of workers regardless of the work area manifest themselves in musculoskeletal symptoms, psychosociological risks affect a cognitive level, such as support, work pace, load, role conflict, etc. CONCLUSION: The stated objectives have been met, musculoskeletal disorders are the most common among workers, with long-term physical consequences if not prevented. At the same time, each person's symptoms are different depending on the job position and their burden; and each job has a different measurement depending on the needs of the workers.
