In this study of anaerobic co-digestion of sludge (L) and pig slaughterhouse discharge (V) 50:50 is carried out in two single-stage digesters of 2L capacity, under ideal thermophilic (55°C) and mesophilic conditions (35°C) varying the hydraulic retention times of 30, 25 and 20 days, in order to evaluate the best conditions to guarantee the greatest generation of biogas, specifically methane, as well as efficiency in the removal of the organic load from the waste of interest, as well as the behavior in the generation of biomethane in two reactors by adding 50% v/v of wine wastes to the feed, that is, Sludge: Discharge: Wine Wastes (L:V:Vi), in a proportion of 25 :25:50, in two reactors, one thermophilic and the other mesophilic. Among the main results, biomethane production was obtained between 257 to 514 mL CH4/d for the L:V substrate, and between 191 and 413 mL CH4/d for the L:V:Vi substrate, thermophilic conditions predominating, however In terms of performance, between 0.190 and 0.296 m3 CH4/kg COD removed for the L:V substrate was obtained, and between 0.099 and 0.111 m3 CH4/kg COD removed for the L:V:Vi substrate, mesophilic conditions predominating in both. cases. For the four digestates, the pathogen conditions for agricultural use are met; however, the low final concentration of nitrogen does not make it an agricultural fertilizer of interest
