The adaptation of jobs has become an area of special interest in the field of human resources through the labour inclusion of people with disabilities. How organizations deal with this type of situation has led to the questioning of how people with disabilities who find themselves inserted in the workplace with adaptation of their jobs perceive the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to carry out a review of the existing bibliography on the quality of life of people with disabilities who are actively working by adapting their jobs. For this, a bibliographic search was carried out in the Rdalyc, Scielo and Google Scholar databases following the PRISMA methodology. 182 articles were reviewed, of which 17 were finally selected for analysis. After reviewing the documents, factors were found that can significantly influence the quality of life of people with disabilities, such as the type of employment, self-determination, inclusion, or support resources. At the same time, negative aspects or barriers that impede the correct labour development of these people, such as physical and social ones, high task demands, precarious salary, among others, were also detected.
