Today organizations are going through profound changes as a result of the transformations that are also taking place at a social level in the environment that surrounds them and the events that have occurred in recent years. This fact forces them to rethink their strategies, both internal and external, to guarantee their survival and, consequently, their framework for relating to and managing their personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt different selection processes, as well as other innovative projects at the organizational level to attract talent. This is due to the fact that social values and needs have evolved, requiring more versatile and flexible profiles. Companies, hence, modify the definition of their skills to adapt them to the new social framework, looking for profiles that contribute to the success of their strategic plans, providing short adaptation periods and high performance in carrying out their tasks. In order to comply with these premises, it is essential to carry out a good selection process that helps us predict the future behavior of the candidates, for which it is essential to correctly define the competencies and carry out a good evaluation of them.
