Estudio sobre el teletrabajo, ¿solución o problema?

Abstract

Se plantea como objetivo principal el análisis del teletrabajo desde sus inicios hasta los últimos cambios que se han producido en el ámbito laboral actual. A través de investigar cuales son sus ventajas y desventajas podemos realizar un análisis que pueda determinar en el ámbito de los RR.HH si su implantación es beneficiosa tanto para la empresa como para el trabajador debido a que en los últimos años se ha producido un gran auge del mismo rompiendo las barreras que tenía trabajar en un espacio común físico. Se menciona a diferentes autores que hacen alusión a aspectos relevantes en estas cuestiones; además, se revisa estadísticas oficiales que ponen en relieve la realidad actual y la legislación en cuanto al teletrabajo. Se aprecia que la llegada del teletrabajo se ha acelerado a raíz de la pandemia, ya que dicho momento histórico ha propulsado esta modalidad laboral.

The main objetive is telecommuting analysis from its beginnings to its last changes that have occurred in the current workplace. Through investigating what are its advantages and disadvantages, we can carry out an analysis that you can determinate in the field of HR if its implementation is beneficial for both the company and the worker due to the fact that in recent years there has been a great boom in the same, breaking down the barriers of working in a common physical space. Different authors are mentioned who allude to relevant aspects in these questions; in addition, official statistics are reviewed that highlight the current reality and the legislation regarding telecommuting. It is appreciated that the arrival of telecommuting has accelerated as a result of the pandemic, since this historical moment has propelled this work modality.
