Influencia de los factores de relación filioparental en las características de los asesinos en serie

Abstract

Desde los albores de la humanidad, la existencia de individuos capaces de llevar a cabo homicidios y asesinatos de forma serial ha generado en las comunidades un sentimiento de terror y fascinación fruto de las incógnitas etiológicas relacionadas con estos sujetos. Si bien en un principio se apelaba a la maldad y a las circunstancias de origen divino como causa principal de su origen, hoy día se sabe que ello no es así. Diversas investigaciones a lo largo de la historia pretenden dar respuesta a una cuestión que, todavía hoy, sigue siendo de compleja solución: asesino serial se nace o se hace. Sabemos que existe una infinidad de factores capaces de contribuir a la creación de un asesino en serie. No obstante, pese a las evidencias de la presencia en las etapas pueriles de estos sujetos de un ambiente familiar disfuncional y, en especial, de una crianza materna negativa y un modelado de conducta violenta en el hogar, pocos estudios se han centrado en analizar hasta qué punto las figuras materna y paterna, tanto de forma conjunta como aislada, son capaces de influir en la creación de un homicida serial. Se tiene constancia de la importancia que puede ostentar el rol materno en la infancia de un individuo; pero ¿cuán relevante puede llegar a ser este sobre la génesis de un asesino serial? Por este motivo, en la presente investigación se estudiarán diversos puntos de interés. Por un lado, la importancia de los factores familiares dentro del conjunto de factores de riesgos asociados a la conducta violenta y homicida serial. Por otro lado, las características de crianza materna y paterna con mayor relación causa-efecto en un asesino serial y su influencia criminal.

Since the dawn of humanity, the existence of individuals capable of carrying out homicides and serial murders has generated, in some communities, a sense of terror and fascination resulting from the etiological unknowns related to these subjects. While evil and circumstances of divine origin were initially called upon as the main cause of its origin, it is now known that this is not the case. Some researchs throughout history aim to answer a question that, even today, remains a complex solution: serial killer is born or made. We know that there are a myriad of factors capable of contributing to the creation of a serial killer. However, despite evidence of the puerile presence of these subjects in a dysfunctional family environment and, in particular, negative maternal breeding and violent behavior modelling at home, few studies have focused on analyzing the extent to which maternal and paternal figures, both jointly and in isolation, are able to influence the creation of a serial killer. The importance of an individual's maternal role in an individual's childhood is known; but how relevant can this become about the genesis of a serial killer? For this reason, diverse points of interest will be explored in this investigation. On the one hand, the importance of family factors within the set of risk factors associated with serial violent and homicidal behavior. On the other hand, the characteristics of maternal and paternal parenting with greater cause-and-effect relationship in a serial killer and his criminal influence.
