The objectives of this Final Degree Project were, on the one hand, to identify the situation and the main challenges faced by educational centers in the province of Alicante, both public, private and concerted, currently with respect to the perspective of family, personal and work-life balance within the current legislative framework, and specifically, from the field of co-responsibility. On the other hand, define a set of recommendations that allow the preparation and implementation of the Equality Plan and the effective approach of said challenges, thus contributing to a process of continuous and equal improvement at the organizational level. The methodology used in this section of the study was based, on the one hand, on the analysis of the current situation of educational centers in the province of Alicante in terms of conciliation and co-responsibility, in order to limit the field of action and, on the other, on studying the Equality Plans published and implemented by the centers, in order to analyze their adaptations and particularities in terms of conciliation and co-responsibility and their application, taking into account differentiating parameters such as ownership. of each center, the character itself or the Mission, Vision and Values. The study was carried out in three phases: In the first phase, and as a starting point for the study, the theoretical and normative framework of reference regarding Equality Plans and their application in the current company was investigated, from the point of view of the reconciliation of family, personal and work life. In a second phase, and in order to limit the objectives of the study, the Equality Plans implemented by various educational centers in the province of Alicante were analyzed from the point of view of co-responsible conciliation. This analysis of conciliation and co-responsibility policies was designed and developed on three variables that, a priori, may have relevance in equality policies: from the point of view of the activity sector, being in this case educational centers, from the spatial point of view, being in this case the province of Alicante, and from the point of view of the ownership of the centers. The results obtained allowed us to give a real point of view of the current situation in terms of adaptation to current regulations on equality and the impact of the concept of responsible conciliation in educational centers in the province of Alicante. As a culmination of the study, a series of recommendations were carried out to be taken into account regarding the perspective of co-responsible conciliation in the educational centers of the province of Alicante for its description and effective application within the Equality Plans.
