Estudio sobre el consumo de alcohol en los jóvenes a la hora de conducir y diferencias de género

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo se centrará en intentar conseguir una respuesta a la siguiente pregunta. En la provincia de Alicante ¿Quién toma más el volante bajo los efectos del alcohol, los hombres o las mujeres universitarios y por qué? Para ello se explicarán las diferentes teorías explicativas que existen al respecto a cerca de la toma de vehículos bajo estado de ebriedad en los jóvenes conductores, lo cuales estarán situados entre los 18 y 25 años. También se revisará en profundidad el artículo 379.2 del código penal, donde se recoge este delito y se explicarán los efectos del alcohol sobre los conductores y las diferencias biológicas con respecto a la ingesta de alcohol entre hombre y mujeres. Para finalizar, se realizará una encuesta en la que se resolverá la hipótesis de que los hombres realizan más este tipo de acto que las mujeres, y se intentarán determinar los perfiles que poseen las personas que tras ingerir alcohol toman la decisión de tomar el volante.

In the present work we will search for an answer for the question about, who takes their vehicles more betwen college men and women under the effects of alcohol on the city of Alicante? For discovering that, we will explain the differents explicative theoryes that exists about college people, taking vehicles under the effects of alcohol. The ages Will be between 18 and 25 years old. We will also make a review about the article 379.2 of the spanish penal code, wich is the one that contains this infraction and we will explain the effects of alcohol on drivers and the differences betwen this effects depending if they are men or women. At the end we will make a little survey that has the objective of demostrate my hipotesis that says men will commit this crime more that women and we will see the profile of the people that drives under the effects of alcohol.
