This study focuses on the problems that today's society faces as a result of unattainable beauty standards and unrealistic body images that generate insecurity in people. Additionally, the stigma associated with fitness and bodybuilding, which are often interpreted as competitive sports rather than promoting a healthy lifestyle, is addressed. The analysis will focus on the psychological elements that contribute to these events. The main objective of this study is to create an app to promote a healthy lifestyle. This idea aims to provide high-quality information on supplements and nutrition, as well as effective training methods. The ultimate goal is to change the negative perception of fitness and bodybuilding and motivate society to acquire healthier habits. It seeks to promote social change through the analysis of the psychological aspects of these phenomena and the implementation of a communication strategy in social networks. This combination of psychological analysis along with the creation of an application specifically designed to alleviate all these needs, has the main objective of challenging negative beliefs and perceptions about fitness and bodybuilding, as well as promoting a more positive and healthy relationship with the body. and physical conditioning.
