This study focuses on the problems that today's society faces as a result of unattainable
beauty standards and unrealistic body images that generate insecurity in people.
Additionally, the stigma associated with fitness and bodybuilding, which are often
interpreted as competitive sports rather than promoting a healthy lifestyle, is addressed.
The analysis will focus on the psychological elements that contribute to these events.
The main objective of this study is to create an app to promote a healthy lifestyle. This
idea aims to provide high-quality information on supplements and nutrition, as well as
effective training methods. The ultimate goal is to change the negative perception of
fitness and bodybuilding and motivate society to acquire healthier habits. It seeks to
promote social change through the analysis of the psychological aspects of these
phenomena and the implementation of a communication strategy in social networks.
This combination of psychological analysis along with the creation of an application
specifically designed to alleviate all these needs, has the main objective of challenging
negative beliefs and perceptions about fitness and bodybuilding, as well as promoting a
more positive and healthy relationship with the body. and physical conditioning.
