Suicide in adolescence is an increasing problem in society, which affects both the person and their environment. Data from young people between the ages of 15-29 indicate that suicide is the leading cause of death. For this reason, it is necessary to create a prevention program to reduce the risk of the appearance of suicidal behavior in adolescent population belonging to the city of Elche. This program consists of eight sessions, given in the educational context, in which both parents, teachers and students have participated. In them, protective factors are worked through variables such as covitality, communication and social skills and conflict resolution through activities that help increase them. In addition, tools for prevention and seeking help are provided. In addition, different instruments will be administered to evaluate the variables treated. It is intended that this program can be added to the existing proposals since it includes aspects that have been seen to work and, in addition, other novel ones such as covitality are added.
