Introduction: The current demographic evolution causes an increase in the rate of aging, with a consequent increase in comorbidity and dependency situations. A previous condition of the dependence is fragility, which is potentially reversible, being able to apply preventive interventions to accomplish a free disability life. Physical activities such as exercise are considered as the most effective intervention to face the fragility states. The primary care is the most suitable environment to perform these interventions due to its linkage with the community. Objective: The main objective of this work is to define the reduction of fragility levels in elders above 70 years old, that take part in the pre-registration of physical activities through community assets, using the FRAIL test and SPPB tool. Methods: A population of elder patients above 70 years old was studied with an opportunistic recruitment. This study was conducted the nursing office of the Health Care Center of Tavernes de la Valldigna. Those patients were classified as level 2 chronic patients by Clinical Risk Groups (CRG). It is proposed a pre-post prospective quasi-experimental study. Comparing a group of patients that actively participate in the proposed intervention program and a control group without intervention program. Relevance and usefulness of the results: This results aim to give more value to the availability of physical exercises in the community and its use as a validated tool with evidence to palliate the age effects from the primary care.
